Every year in the UK, millions of pound worth of benefits are not claimed. eaga Advice Services (formerly Benefit Entitlement Check) was developed to maximise the income of our vulnerable customers.
This pioneering advice service was the first of its kind to be carried out over the phone and to date has delivered average increases in weekly income of £23 to over 100,000 people. This amounts to almost £1000 a year in extra income.
eaga's highly trained and dedicated team of advisors are able to provide free and confidential advice to customers which informs them if they are missing out on benefit payments due to them.
