Atec deals with more than 3,000 calls a day from a wide range of clients. As eaga’s specialist contact centre the company also delivers surveys and assessment operations for eaga and other clients.

The Atec contact centre is equipped with the latest technology and supports more than 150 staff that deal with both inbound and outbound calls.

Atec deals with applications and enquiries from the Warm Front grant scheme on behalf of eaga and supports schemes operated on behalf of local authorities and energy companies.
