A key player in the eaga Heating brand, WarmSure is a joint venture between eaga and Caradon Ideal Limited.
Caradon Ideal is a major player in the high efficiency gas boiler market. The company currently employs over 530 people and operates a National call centre from its base in Hull. Caradon Ideal’s sister company, Caradon Stelrad, is the UK market leader in the supply of radiators.
WarmSure was created to undertake gas central heating servicing and repair work on behalf of both eaga and Ideal. WarmSure aims to deliver enhanced levels of customer service by substantially increasing the number of engineers employed and driving the benefits of a shared approach.
An exciting development for both organisations, who are dedicated to driving excellent customer service, WarmSure aims to be ready to deliver in excess of 500,000 service and repairs per annum.
The WarmSure contact centre, based in Hull, is already building on the quality service currently being provided by Ideal and will support in the continued delivery of high levels of customer service to all our clients.
