The Service Excellence Experience
eaga acquired The Service Excellence Experience in 2004 after Chief Executive John Clough
was inspired by his experiences on a tour of leading US companies to create
eaga's own Service Excellence culture. The Group sends 20 eaga Executives
and Senior Managers to the US for a week long Service Excellence Experience
each year. The Experience was inspirational and the impact tangible. In fact
eaga were so impressed with the results they bought the business.
The Service Excellence Experience takes CEOs and Senior Executives to exceptional
companies to experience how others apply high-level knowledge to their organisations
in ways that are new and innovative.
