Clear Building Survey was developed by Peter Fall, former President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). A Clear Building Survey is a unique way to find out everything you need to know about the condition of your future home. Written in plain English and using colour photography, the Clear Building Survey is designed to be a living document. Expert advice is supported by practical recommendations, including remedial works and likely costs for repairs coupled with an urgency rating.
